Task24-7 acknowledges that its employees may, in the course of performing their duties, be exposed to or acquire information which is proprietary to the client, its affiliates, or third parties to whom the client has a duty of confidentiality. All information obtained by Task24-7 shall be deemed confidential. Task24-7 agrees to hold information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of services as contemplated by this agreement.

Client acknowledges that any information, reports, staffing specifications, or pricing provided by Task24-7 in the course of performance shall be deemed confidential. Client agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not disclose such information to third parties for any purpose other than the provision of services as contemplated.

Both Parties will be responsible to acquaint their employees with their obligation to keep such information confidential.
